At Happy Mammoth, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
